Welcome to the 70th season of Dilworth Little League! While a few Softball and Majors baseball games have already begun, most of you will be celebrating your first games this coming weekend. We’ll kick everything off at Freedom Park with our Opening Ceremonies at 6pm on Friday, March 31st.

Please have your player wear their jersey and hat and gather with their team on Field 2 at 5:45 in the following locations:

Tee Ball: Right Field
Coach Pitch/ Machine Pitch: Right-Center Field
Minors/Majors: Left-Center Field
Softball: Left Field

Mecklenburg County Parks and Rec does not currently allow parking on the grass (as you could probably tell by the recently installed boulders), so please use all available paved spots, including ones toward the playground. Additional parking is available at the tennis courts and the Mahlon Adams pavilion, but walking and/or carpooling as you are able would be greatly appreciated.

Plan to stay for 3 exciting games following Opening Ceremonies with 14u Softball, Minors, and Majors playing on each field. Our concession stand will be open and we’ll have Roman’s All Star Café in attendance. For early arrivals, Roman’s should be open for business around 5pm.
